ContactLead times depend on complexity and order volume. For prototypes and single parts, typically 3-5 working days. For production runs, 1-3 weeks. We always confirm the exact timeline before starting production and commit to meeting it. For urgent cases, we offer an express service for a surcharge.
We regularly work with tolerances of ±0.01 mm in CNC machining (turning and milling). For grinding processes, we can achieve tolerances down to ±0.005 mm. Our metrology laboratory verifies every part with height gauges, digital micrometres and 3D measuring equipment according to drawing specifications.
We accept both options. You can send technical drawings in DWG, DXF, STEP, IGES, Parasolid or PDF format, or send us a physical sample part. Our engineering department performs reverse engineering if necessary, generates the 3D model and sends you the technical and commercial proposal before manufacturing.
There is no minimum order quantity. We manufacture from a single part (functional prototypes) to production runs of thousands of units. Each project is quoted individually according to its technical requirements, material and volume, always ensuring the best value for money.
We work with a wide range of materials: carbon and alloy steels (F-114, F-522), stainless steels (304, 316L), aluminium (6061-T6, 7075), titanium, bronze, brass, copper and technical plastics such as nylon, PTFE and POM. We keep a permanent stock of the most in-demand materials.
