We work to standard tolerances of ±0.01mm. For special requirements, we can achieve ±0.005mm in combination with grinding.
We accept STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, SAT and dimensioned PDF. If you have a different format, just ask.
For standard runs, between 5 and 15 working days depending on complexity. Urgent prototypes in 3–5 days.
There is no minimum order quantity. We manufacture everything from single parts to runs of 50,000 units, adapting the process to each requirement.
Yes, we can machine the customer’s own material, provided it is certified and compatible with our processes.
Yes, we arrange anodising, zinc plating, nickel plating, chrome plating and other finishes through approved partners.
